I quote after one focused conversation. A clear fixed price for the scope we agree, with what’s included written down before anything starts. No surprise invoices.
I’ll reply within 1 to 2 business days. We’ll talk through your business and what you need from the site, then I’ll share an honest take on scope, approach, and cost.
Before I start, I’ll send a clear written quote. To book your project in, I take a 50% deposit, and the rest is due once you’re happy and the site is ready to go live. Everything is agreed up front, including what’s included and how many rounds of changes you get, so there are no surprises for either of us.
Most small-business sites take 1 to 3 weeks once content and direction are clear. I’ll agree a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated as I go.
Your domain name renews yearly, usually around €10-20, and hosting depends on the setup. I’ll list every cost in your quote so nothing comes as a surprise. You can hold these accounts yourself, or I can manage them for you as part of a care plan.
Once your site is live, you’ve got options. Update it yourself (I’ll show you how), sign up for a monthly care plan and I’ll do it for you, or just send me a message when something needs changing. I’ll tell you the cost before I touch anything.
You do. Once the final payment is made, the site and everything on it is yours. I’ll hand over everything you need, and you’ll never be tied to me to keep it running.
Yes, and it’s something I really enjoy. I’ll take a look at what you have, keep what’s working, and rebuild what isn’t, so the new site looks current, loads quickly, and works properly on phones.
Yes. I’m based in Co. Limerick, but I’m happy to work with businesses anywhere. Most things are handled by email, so distance isn’t a problem.
